Very useful for charging the i-pod whilst docked. Small footprint and good connectivity. Throw in the fact that it's got an iPod dock built in, along with DAB and CD then for a very economical price you're getting an excellent unit for the kitchen/lounge.</p><p>There's an annoying mains hum which comes out the speakers whenever they're not muted, this obscures the sound until you push the volume up to at least 3-4... To have a CD and IPOD dock is great</p><p>fitting the IPOD into the dock can be pain. The speakers only came with 1 cable.
