+ well built; good design; good toasts
- was told the new French Magimix one do better toasts; have to pay extra for sandwich racks - it's not as if the toaster is cheap and how much does it cost to throw in a free set of sandwich racks?

+ It looks really cool, people always notice it in my kitchen and its just a really good basic non complicated toaster that does a good job and looks neat.
- It makes a crackling noise sometimes which I think is the the technology of the plates it has in it. But its no biggy just at first I thought it was something weird but its not.

+ This is the second dualit toaster I have bought ,the first one I have given to my neice it is 9 years old and still working perfectly, using the same elements.,still looks good too.
