+ This is a stylish, easy to use,efficient machine which produces excellent coffee with minimum effort on the part of the user! It is easy to clean and takes up about the same room as a kettle. The Aeroccino both froths and heats the milk.

+ It's all good.
- The only bad point is that you can only buy the capsules from Nespresso, there is no alternative. Would be good if Nespresso could franchise to other supermarkets.

+ Stylish look, compact and easy to use.
- The machine creates a very loud vibrating noise and have been told its normal. The noise should be gradually reduced but so far it as loud as it was first use.
